Custom Orders
Custom projects typically require a deposit before production begins. Production schedules are confirmed once artwork, quantities, garments and project details have been approved and received.
Because every custom project is made specifically for each client, custom orders can not be returned or exchanged once production has started.
Artwork Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, sizing, colors and placement before production begins.
Approval of a proof confirms authorization to proceed with production. Sonoma Ink + Thread is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Production Timelines
Production timelines vary depending on project size, product availability, and seasonality. Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
