All of our custom embroidery is done in house on professional, industrial embroidery machines. We will assist you in selecting the monogram style and thread color that compliments the products that we carry. We are happy to offer embroidery on your own items should you have a product that you would like to have monogrammed.
Most of our printing is done in house, however we work with a contract printer for large and/or specialty print jobs. We offer many different types of printing including but not limited to traditional screen printed transfers, elastiprints, glitter, foil, pearl prints, glow-in-the-dark and digital transfers.
All of our vinyl is created and processed in house. We offer heat transfer t-shirt vinyl and high quality vinyl appliques. Perfect for quick personalization on hoodies and jerseys.
All of our engraving is done in house. We offer high quality, professional machine engraving on any item purchased on our website or in our studio.
Orders placed online will be ready for pick-up or shipping within 5-7 days. You can make arrangements to pick up your order in our Boyes Hot Springs Studio or your order will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided.
We have no minimum order for embroidery, vinyl or engraved products. There is a minimum of 10 pieces required for screenprinting.
We do not accept returns of personalized products. If a mistake was made, please notify us immediately and we will promptly replace your item.
PROJECT TURN-AROUND TIME
Turn around time on custom embroidery and screenprinting projects begins with final approval of your digital mock-up. We generally turn orders around within 10 days of garment selection and artwork approval.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to begin a print or embroidery project. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete. We accept cash, check, paypal or credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover or american express).
If you have a specific deadline, please inform us right away so we can accurately quote your project and give you accurate information regarding the ETA of your items.
The only set up fees that we charge are for embroidery digitizing. Your logo has to be sent out to a professional digitizing service that turns your artwork into a file for embroidery. General turn-around time to digitize a logo is 2 days. For average sized left chest or hat size logo (up to 4"), the one time digitizing (set-up) fee is $50 and includes a sew-out sample of your logo for inspection and approval.
We have a range of samples of our favorite garments in our studio. We will also happily order any sample garments from our vendors. Garment price plus shipping will be invoiced upon request of samples.
We prefer to recieve your artwork in adobe illustrator (.ai) or encapsulated post script (.eps). We also offer complete design services, with 2 rounds of proofs included in our project price. You can also visit our studio to use our online designer to design and personalize your own artwork for print and/or embroidery.
